| Marathon Millwork Inc. is a family owned business located in Luray VA. Michael Rowles, owner and operator, has been a cabinetmaker from 1973 after graduating from Ohio University with a B.S. in Industrial Technology. Starting the business literally "in the garage behind the house", our location has over 7000 square feet for any size job, whether it be commercial or residential. Mike personally builds or oversees each job to ensure precision and quality. |  |
Marathon Millwork Inc. specializes in historical restoration of windows and stained glass church window frame, completing 28 clerestory windows around the top of the Georgia State Capital Building and railing restoration of the Mimslyn Inn. We have worked hand in hand with stained glass restoration companies and historical societies when rebuilding church window frames such as the "First Baptist Church" in Bloomfield, NJ and the "Sharp Street United Methodist Church" in Baltimore, MD. Stop by and see us while visiting the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We love to give tours of our shop, which used to be the Old Printz Planing Mill (1930-1970), located in historic downtown Luray. We now are a dealer for JELD-WEN doors and windows.
